Mental Health Awareness Month – May 2026

Every May, we recognize that mental health matters – for our members, our families, and our communities. Mental Health Awareness Month is a time to reduce stigma, share resources, and remind one another that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Whether you’re navigating stress on the job, supporting a family member, or simply looking to learn more, this month is a good time to take stock of your mental well-being.

Ways to Get Involved or Find Support

Learn and share awareness Understanding mental health is the first step. Share what you learn with those around you – at work, at home, and in your community.

Support someone you know Check in on coworkers and family members. A simple conversation can make a real difference for someone who may be struggling.

Seek help if you need it Resources are available. You don’t have to manage everything alone – reaching out is the right move.
