2023 IBEW Per Capita Increase Please be advised that there will be a two dollar ($2.00) increase for the IBEW Per Capita starting January 1, 2023. This increase was approved by the delegates of the 40th IBEW International Convention in May of 2022. This increase applies to “A” and “BA” members.
